Styrene and other chemicals that cause high blood pressure/hypertension.

There are many chemicals that cause hypertension styrene just happens to be the most significant. The reason why styrene is the most significant is because it's in the air we breathe it's in the carpeting that we put in our house, it emits from the furniture that we buy, and it gets into our water when the plastics and products break down in our landfills.

That's the big question I have for you to think about is why aren't these industries paying for the medication we need because of the product that they put out? These industries have been poisoning the American public with impunity for decades and it's up to the American people to make this change!

America has a throwaway workforce and that's only because industries that make a product that uses a chemical that causes health problems should pay for the health problems. But the way that our government agencies are structured in their beliefs protects these industries.

If a person poisons another person, they are put in prison for doing so. But like I've said industries poison their workers, and their patrons are not held accountable.

This must change and to make it change we need your voice!
